UAE Orders
We offer both Standard and Express delivery across the UAE.
Shipping costs depend on your order value and will be clearly shown at checkout.
International Orders
For orders outside the UAE, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident starting your ritual.
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
UAE Returns
Returns within the UAE are free of charge.
Once you contact us, we’ll guide you through the return process.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t feel right, please reach out.
